Fellowship Announcement: Stanford University 2025 Distinguished Practitioner in Residence

P16 Partners is thrilled to announce that Aditi Goel has been named 2025 Distinguished Practitioner in Residence at the Stanford Accelerator for Learning’s Equity in Learning Initiative.

This fellowship promotes dialogue among practitioners, students, and faculty to advance equity in education. This year's focus is on Tequity - the intersection of technology and equity in education - where Aditi will spend her time exploring how technology can be leveraged to create more equitable learning opportunities and outcomes.

New Client Announcement: Catalyst:Exchange

P16 Partners is delighted to share that Aditi Goel has been selected as a Scenario Planning Advisor for the Catalyst:Exchange Resilience Hub. With over $3.5M in initial commitments from foundations including OAK Foundation, American Student Assistance® and ECMC Foundation, the Resilience Hub provides grantees with a centralized resource for tailored, hands-on support in areas such as fundraising, scenario planning, program design, policy analysis, legal risk analysis, change management, communications and general leadership coaching. 

In this role, Aditi will help nonprofit leaders respond strategically to real-time challenges and shifting conditions and will help leaders make informed decisions in times of uncertainty..

Continuing Client Announcement: Facilitator, National Women’s Law Center Annual Family, Friend and Neighbor Child Care Convening

P16 Partners is thrilled to announce that, for the second year in a row, Aditi Goel will be working with The National Women’s Law Center. The NWLC fights for gender justice – in the courts, in public policy, and in our society – working across the issues that are central to the lives of women and girls. The Child Care and Early Learning team is a leader on federal and state policy changes to increase access to high-quality child care and improve child care workers’ compensation.

New Client Announcement: Strategic Advisor & Leadership Coach, Quill.org

P16 Partners is delighted to announce that Aditi Goel will be working with Quill.org. Quill provides free literacy activities that build reading comprehension, writing and language skills for elementary, middle and high school students. In this project, Aditi will serve as a strategic advisor and leadership coach.

Continuing Client Announcement: Network Designer + Facilitator for the Thrive Leaders Network

P16 Partners is excited to share that Aditi Goel, in partnership with The Kresge Foundation and The Gates Foundation, will continue to lead the network facilitation for the Thrive Leaders Network. In this third year, Aditi continues to design a collective that brings together 60+ national CEOs and Executive Directors for shared learning, executive coaching, in-person gatherings and more. The goal is to create a thriving peer network that helps sustain nonprofit leaders in their leadership and wellness, while also helping the philanthropic sector better understand the types of supports, systems, and resources that help sustain sector leadership.
