New Client Announcement: Strategic Advisor, Wildflower Schools
P16 Partners is happy to share that Aditi Goel will be working with Wildflower Schools. Wildflower is a network of 60+ neighborhood-led Montessori microschools. As they approach their 10-year anniversary, Aditi will serve as an advisor and bridge between stakeholders, partners and funders to help guide future strategic planning.
New Client Announcement: Board & Leadership Retreat Facilitator, ScholarMatch
P16 Partners is excited to share that Aditi Goel was selected to facilitate the ScholarMatch annual Board & Leadership Team retreat. This March 2024 full-day retreat in San Francisco, CA will bring together Board Members and Leadership Team staff to dive into program model and strategy, build the capacity of the Board, and strengthen working relationships to best position the organization moving forward.
In this capacity, Aditi will work with ScholarMatch Executive Director, leadership team, and board chairs to design an agenda that is responsive to internal needs, build a day that maximizes this group being together in-person, and utilize nonprofit best practices and evidence-based frameworks as she facilitates the retreat.

P16 Partners is delighted to announce that Aditi Goel will be working with Common Group. Common Group helps funders of social causes increase their impact through equity-centered strategy and design. In this project, Aditi will serve as a strategic advisor and leadership coach.
New Client Announcement: Facilitator, National Women’s Law Center Annual State Child Care Advocates’ Convening
P16 Partners is thrilled to announce that, for the second year in a row, Aditi Goel will be working with The National Women’s Law Center for a third client engagement. The NWLC fights for gender justice – in the courts, in public policy, and in our society – working across the issues that are central to the lives of women and girls. The Child Care and Early Learning team is a leader on federal and state policy changes to increase access to high-quality child care and improve child care workers’ compensation.
The January 2024 meeting is an invitation-only gathering of national, state, and grassroots advocates to strategize collectively about how to build on successful campaigns and policy changes to shape a comprehensive system that offers equitable access to high-quality, affordable child care and early learning. In this client engagement, Aditi will support the development of the agenda, be a thought partner in meeting goals and facilitate the 2-day gathering in a way that prioritizes inclusion, trust, respectful candor, strategic dialogue, future-facing action planning, and connections between state leaders.

The Wend Collective is a social impact fund, fueled by equity and an abundance mindset, that works across issue areas to move towards a path of shared values and empowering change. In this project, Aditi will serve as a strategic advisor and leadership coach to multiple individuals on Wend’s education team.

Continuing Client Community Announcement: Network Designer + Facilitator for The Kresge Foundation’s Thrive Leaders Network
P16 Partners is excited to share that Aditi Goel, in partnership with The Kresge Foundation, has designed, launched and is the lead network facilitator for the Thrive Leaders Network. In this client engagement, Aditi will design a collective that brings together 50+ national CEOs and Executive Directors for shared learning, executive coaching, in-person gatherings and more. The goal is to create a thriving peer network that helps sustain nonprofit leaders in their leadership and wellness, while also helping Kresge better understand the types of supports, systems, and resources that philanthropy can and should provide to sustain sector leadership.
