National, State, and Grassroots Child Care and Early Learning Advocates’ Convening (Herndon, VA, November 15–18, 2026)
For the third year, Aditi will facilitate the National Women’s Law Center’s annual convening, now in its 39th year. The convening brings together early care and education advocates from across the country to reflect on the past year, strategize for the year ahead, and take federal priorities directly to Capitol Hill during a dedicated Hill Day.

Funder convening on AI capacity building (New York City, October 2026)
Aditi designed and facilitated a convening for capacity-building funders, hosted by Robin Hood and the Overdeck Family Foundation. Participants built a shared understanding of the AI capacity-building landscape and identified opportunities for coordinated action.

CCDF administrators and advocates convening (Washington, DC, September 2026)
Aditi facilitated a multi-day convening for the National Women’s Law Center (NWLC) and Center for Law and Social Policy (CLASP).

Digital Inquiry Group board retreat (Seattle, August 2026)
Aditi facilitated the annual board retreat for Digital Inquiry Group.

Catalyst:Exchange Resilience Hub (virtual, ongoing)
Aditi serves as a Scenario Planning Advisor for the Catalyst:Exchange Resilience Hub, launched with more than $3.5M in initial foundation commitments.

Thrive Leaders Network (virtual and in-person, ongoing)
Now in its third year, Aditi continues to facilitate a network of 60+ nonprofit CEOs and executive directors, with support from the Kresge Foundation and other national funding partners.

Stanford Distinguished Practitioner in Residence (2025)
Aditi served as a fellow in the Stanford University’s Accelerator for Learning Equity in Learning Initiative, focusing on technology and equity in education.
